„This is a lovely property. Service was excellent. Grounds are beautiful. Pools are beautiful. Morning buffet was great, evening buffet was sub par. Japanese restaruant was excellent. Taco truck was excellent. Beach club was excellent with easy access. We had a lovely stay. Towels in rooms could use replacing but room was very clean.“

„Hotelzimmer war schön, sauber & geräumig. Die Lage ist optimal (nah zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants), nur die laute vorbeiführende Straße stört. Selbst Zimmer (allerdings 1.Etage) am weitesten von der Straße entfernt hat daran nicht geändert. kein eigener Strandzugang-mit Hotelarmband gewährt aber das Nachbarhotel Zugang. Anfrage nach Zimmer in oberer Etage wurde leider nicht realisiert. Leider schlechte Erfahrung mit Taxi, welches beim Hotel bei Abreise angefragt wurde. Der ...

„The property was spectacular! The multiple restaurants were amazing! Everyone we came in contact with was phenomenal! They were extremely friendly, hospitable, and welcoming. Our room was wonderful and the ocean view balcony was perfect. The nightly entertainment was great and the variety was excellent. I highly recommend this property and I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future!“

„Friendly staff who have been very welcoming and thoughtful during our stay here. We appreciate the services that everyone provided. I had the best time at the spa during my massage and hydrotherapy session. That was a five star experience. Regarding drinks and food selection, I thought it was average as with most all inclusive resort, so that’s why I didn’t give it a five star across the board. But overall, my family and I have enjoyed our time here very much.“

„It was so awesome to have the pools and beach right outside the window. The Kids Club was great as well. The staff were all friendly and kind. It was nice to have different foods at the buffet and to have the snack area with hamburgers and hotdogs. Thank you!“

„Overall, this is a small quaint place. We were in a room that had just opened 10 days prior so the room was clean and modern. Two double beds isn’t ideal, but perhaps this is all they had available. The room only has one light blanket on each bed and requested others. You get two beers in the fridge. The resort is well taken care of and seems ‘new’. The food isn’t the worst we have had at an all inclusive and the poolside menu is actually decent. The drinks are typical. Sweet. Ask for a higher ...

Disappointing experience

"The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense management, the full holiday was ruined. So not really interested in returning to an Iberostar hotel... "

A class of its own

"Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot."
