Spacious and Gorgeous 4 Bdrm Home Close to Beaches. Sleeps 13. 4 bedrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms, two living room areas. TV's in every room. Fenced backyard with patio. Home is approx 15 minutes from Jacksonville Beach and 15 minutes from Prime Osborn Convention Center in downtown Jacksonville. Centrally located to shopping, & restaurants. Whether its a vacation you need or somewhere to visit your family this is the place to stay!

There is also absolutely no Crypto Minning allowed! Guests will be charged any overages if utilities go beyond acceptable rates.

The pictures do not prepare you for how beautiful the house is. There were 10 adults and 4 kids and we all were able to be in the same area without crowding each other. The covered pato allowed us to cook out on the grill despite the rainy weekend. We werent able to go to the beach but there was shopping and entertainment within 10 minutes. covdred patio andnyaannadded

Just what we were looking for
I was presently surprised with the layout of this property. The open space indoors made it easy for the entire group to engage. The outdoor space in the backyard was great for entertainment outdoors and thanks so much for the smoker grill that was made available to us. Will refer this place no problem.

Omg this property was so much bigger than the pictures showed. The master bedroom was huge and so comfortable. The kitchen was great with the patio right off of it. It had tvs in every bedroom including the kitchen so that you wouldn’t miss any of your shows. The neighborhood was very much quiet and I loved the location.

The host Roxie first was great when it came to commutation. Once we arrived everything was very comfortable close to anything you would like restaurant and entertainment wise my family and I have decided every time we're in the area that's were we're going to be we labeled it home away from home for this reason

Decent but not as advertised
• Downloading an app for access was not ideal. • Property mgr was nice, but a bit more concerned about her own vacation. We spoke to her several times about various kitchen and bath items not being available. She was a bit condescending to our inquiries and suggested the inability to find said items was our fault. We gave up on trying to find them.. • Had to address main shower drain issue at our own expense, then still not fully functioning. Mgr stated that no one has had any of these issues prior, but a previous review stated otherwise • Kitchen was stocked with nice serving dishes, but preparation and cooking items were old and barely useful. • New smoker grill on back deck was great, but should probably be placed in open, uncovered area for smoking. • Front steps had very dangerous loose stone step, from nice, new driveway and entrance work, that we had to avoid all week. Overall the home was quite nice and accommodating of 10 family members. The homeowner has had some nice updates done. The management and preparation seemed to be the issue. We have several visits to the area planned over the next few months, but will unlikely use Jax VRBO again. If the homeowner wishes to contact me for further info, feel free.

Roxie was very helpful and efficient. The house was big enough for our family celebration. The rooms are small and it is an older house. It's a quiet neighborhood and close enough to the main roads. It met our needs.

The property was perfect for our stay. We were 11- 15 minutes from: Golf a cook out a downtown gathering TIAA stadium. Check in was a breeze as the MGMT company was on top our stay with prompt communication. Place was clean and in a quiet neighborhood Would stay at this property again without any hesitation.

Our Stay
Generally, my top priorities in a property include cleanliness, location, and functioning facilities (a/c working, stove works, good drainage, water pressure, etc.). This place had 3 major problems upon entering...filthy floors, laundry left undone, and shower not draining. Two positive facts included property manager communicating well and fixing problems in a timely way and the a/c worked well, which was important with all of us getting ready for a wedding and a young child sleeping comfortably. The location is relative but it was a good location for us. This place needs some updates with clean, new bedding, linens, towels, and pillows and clean comforters and blankets. Many throw pillows were filthy, so they need new ones and new rugs as well since it is a vinyl/wood flooring. A real positive was the response to our issues and an explanation of their frustration to find good cleaning help. The space for 10 people was perfect, kitchen clean and working (not stocked with anything though). All these issues can be easily addressed and resolved and if they are, I recommend the place.

The house was absolutely adorable. There was plenty of room for the whole family. It's located close to beaches, restaurants and stores. Only a 90 min drive to Daytona Beach. The owner was excellent in communicating. I would highly recommend this home for your next stay in Florida
