This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom coastal home is the ideal spot for a little rest and relaxation! Casually decorated and elegantly furnished, this split floorplan home checks all the boxes.

Walking in the front door you will find the living area complete with an L-shaped sofa and a large wall mounted smart TV. The adjacent dining area features a beautiful wooden table that offers seating for six.

The kitchen is well appointed and fully stocked with everything you could need to prepare meals. A cozy breakfast nook with a round table and two chairs lies just off of the kitchen.

Stepping onto the patio, you will find a comfy sofa and several chairs along with a fire pit. Guests will surely enjoy evenings spent outdoors while grilling dinner in the fenced backyard.

Just off of the main living space sits the spacious master bedroom. The master suite is complete with a queen bed, serene white bedding and a large flat screen smart TV. The attached full bath features a garden tub, a walk-in shower and double vanity.

The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home and is tastefully furnished with a full-size bed and a flat screen smart TV. The third bedroom is situated at the front of the home and features two twin beds and a smart TV. The second bathroom is located in the hallway between these bedrooms and features a large vanity and combo shower/tub.

The laundry/mud room, with a full-size washer and dryer, is conveniently accessible from the garage prior to entering the home!

For those seeking some beach time, you've found the perfect spot! This home is within walking distance (just a block) to the beautiful white sand shore of Amelia Island and just one block off A1A/South Fletcher Avenue.

LOVELY!

Great Location!
This is our second time coming to Amelia Island. We would definitely stay at this house again if it had a king bed! Everything was as listed. The beds were very comfortable. My dog loved the backyard and so did I because I didn’t have to walk him on a leash. The neighbors were friendly. It’s a very short walk to the beach. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cart. A cooler was in the garage. AC was very cold. Water pressure for showers was great. There is a coffee pot. All the TVs worked great! My advice is to upgrade to a king bed in the master bedroom because there is plenty of room for one. My husband and I knew there was a queen bed when we booked. It was the sacrifice we made to have the fenced in yard for our dog. Haha!

What a gem !!!
This home was perfect for our three couple getaway to our favorite little city by the beach . It’s beautifully furnished and decorated and just a short walk to the beach. We loved all of the extra little amenities and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our little fur baby to play in . We look forward to coming back to this little hidden gem in the future !!!

Wonderful stay
It was wonderful with pretty much anything you need for the house and the beach we brought a cooktop and crockpot, ziplock bags, condiments and food. Everything else was supplied. It was beautiful and very clean. The office manager was extremely pleasant to work with.

Return to the island we love
This property exceeds expectations! This beautifully appointed home had many extras, not included in the listing. The location is a short walk to the public beach access and included is a wheeled beach cart to bring your beach needs. Chairs, umbrellas, toys just to name a few of your beach needs are on property. It was a perfect choice for our family, if in the future you could select an additional queen bed for the guest room , that would be an added plus! All in all great choice and certainly the pictures do tell a true story of this lovely home!

Loved the 1/2 block walk to the beach directly at an access. House was clean and nice. Would consider this property sgsin in cooler months with pets because of the large fenced yard. Plenty of room for 3 teen boys to join us.
