„This property was exacly what they advertised and very spacious and accomodating. It was clean and the patio and outside view was gorgeous. The owner even set someone to reset some appliances that were ready low battery without us even asking or noticing. Excellent customer service. I would stay there again. again.“

„My wife and I have stayed in several VRBOs in Bradenton. This property was perfect relative to space and amenities. The pool and spa was amazing and my 89 year old mom loved it. There is a cost to heat the water but well worth the nominal cost. The hosts responded quickly to text and messaging. We loved this place.“

„A time was had at this beautiful home! There is a smell like someone had a dog the past stay, but overall the vibes of this home is immaculate and you will definitely see me again soon. The host Brandon is someone who won’t disappoint if you’re looking for a chill spot, it’s definitely going to be this one. Love the salt water pool it’s not too deep for those with kids. Loved everything about this spot and hope you all get to experience it!“

„The pool was dirty. A group of aliens were at the property when i arrived. Their boss didn't tell them to move out at 10am. They were digging in the garbage for their belongings They didn't speak English. So it was scary. Otherwise I loved the place “

„The home was beautiful, very clean, and the location was great! The host Marzena was quick to answer any questions we asked and I've never been in a home I've rented as stocked with everything you need to cook, clean, and extra's (towels, toilet tissue, etc). The bed was so comfortable that we had to see what is was. The pool was nice and the dock was even better. Just know that there is a caretaker living in the back of house and has his own entrance in the side of the house behind a gate. We ...

„The location of the property was fantastic. The house had some issues. The door handle to the balcony was laying on the deck when we arrived. One of the bed frames was broken. The upstairs shower would not shut off completely. Everything was communicated to the property manager by 8 pm the night we arrived. It took several days to get these things resolved. The shower took the longest. It was Wednesday before it was fixed. The house also lacked pots to cook in and a toaster.“

„The place was great and the neighborhood quiet. Our only problem was the washing machine which was indeed broken. When I was communication with the property manager they were so nonchalant about the probem. I know it was 7 am in the morning but we really needed the spin cycle to work to get the clothes dry. They wanted me to U-tube the issue and fix it myself. We ended up ringing the clothes out before drying them. It was just an unfortunate dilemma but we got through it.“

„There was 7 of us that came down to stay. Had plenty of room had a great time! Close to most beaches. The hostess was great. If we had an issue she was on it to fix it and she did!! Thank you for the great stay!“

„Alles super. Haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Matratze sollte ausgetauscht werden da sie durchgelegen ist. Ein Wasserkocher und vll eine Herdplatte würden das Erlebnis abrunden. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht.“

„Workers were cutting down tree for three days and nights from 8am until 9pm. The yard was not fenced in and took three days to find he TV remote that was in the sofa bed“

„We have stayed in the house for 9 days and loved the time there. It was quiet and clean and we felt safe. Sue was very helpful with all issues we had. Due to Debbie there was major damage to the pool cage which was a pity because there were some smaller animals and we couldn‘t use the pool area at nighttime. “

„Very cute and comfortable. Clean. Had just about everything we needed and then some. My only comment is if you will be cooking meals every day its a little tight other than that it was great. Host was very responsive and accommodating.“

„Absolutely stunning house! Decor is beautiful, beds are comfortable, porch is amazing, location is great and pool/spa is perfect!! Best house we have ever stayed in! Would recommend to all my family and friends. “

"A great hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Everything is very clean. No noise pollution despite the proximity to the airport. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, which you can regulate yourself. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and very reasonable for 7 dollars. The pool is also very clean and a good size. The concept is successful and is rounded off by the very friendly and helpful staff. I felt completely at ease and will definitely be back."

"Super freundliches Personal beim Check-in und Check-out. Parkplatz ist mit der Resortgebühr abgedeckt. Privater Bereicv mit Strand cabanas und Liegestühlen, sowie ausreichend Handtücher und selbst Wasser steht am Strand zum trinken zur Verfügung "

""We got you!" was the welcoming reply to my - at times very individual mom-travelling-with-two-kids - questions upon our arrival and it persisted as the Island Grand at TradeWinds' wonderful agenda for our whole stay: Everything was being cared for - from the perfect "organize your own home" room amenities, over the fantastic bars & restaurants on location, to the great fun for kids & adults alike on the water slide, the zip line & the wonderful beach with its comfortable cabanas. I will never forget how the whole lobby (guests & staff) applauded when I was so happy that Josh (I hope I remember your name correctly :)) returned my wallet that I had left on the counter. Thanks a million Island Grand at TradeWinds for these fantastic gulf coast memories - we cannot wait to be back at this perfect family location!"
