Guests enter Palm Warbler by walking up the exterior stairs near the driveway to the front door. Once you enter the front door, you will find a large living room with comfortable seating; a kitchen with granite countertops, white cabinetry & stainless steel appliances and a dining area. One one side of the living room, you'll find two of the home's bedrooms and one of the home's suites. You can access the home's back porch and backyard area from the living room and one of the home's bedrooms. On the other side of the kitchen, you will find two of the home's suites. There is a full sized washing machine & dryer in a closet in the kitchen.

Palm Warbler is located within a residential community in the Kiawah Island Resort. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home throughout your stay. Please also be prepared to comply with all Kiawah Island Resort rules regarding the parking, rental bikes, noise, trash, etc.

Beautiful home with only a 10-minute walk to the beach
This home was perfect for our group of 11 (including four children). The location is very close to the beach with a very pleasant 10-minute walk to Boardwalk 10. There was plenty of space for our three vehicles in the driveway. The outdoor shower on the side of the house was also very convenient after a day out on the beach. My only complaint would be that we were awoken very early one morning during our stay because a lawn service company was blowing leaves from the rooftop and driveway. Other than this, I would most definitely stay here again.

Great Stay
Great stay at this Kiawah beach rental. The home itself was clean and the kitchen was nicely updated and well equipped. The dining area was perfect for our group of 8, and the living room furniture was large enough for our party as well (not always the case with rentals). We were able to easily walk to the beach, and only a short drive to the Freshfields supermarket and shops. Easy access to property and clear instructions. The value for the price was great, would book again.
