„Hostel was located in a good part of Hanoi close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was alright, but dated. The bed was quite worn out and the internet was slow. Balcony was nice. “

„Arrived and staff was very friendly. However the room we booked was not the room we got. We were taken into another building through a back door and an alley. We think it was a sister business potentially (Perfume Cozy House was the name of the building we were taken in to. We booked a city view and got a room that had no view at all the window looked at a concrete wall, the bathroom looked nothing like the photos and there was a lot of electrical wires poking out of the walls.
