„This is a perfect mix of boutique hotel and vacation rental. Interior is modern and clean, with lots of space. High end finishes, and very comfortable. The wellness deck is very nice, overlooking the sound for great sunsets. Our suite was adjacent, with a small private deck. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. This was a perfect base for exploring the area, and then come back to a comfortable and clean cocoon.“

„I enjoyed my stay, l was able to walk to the ocean, there are shops, restaurants, and museums around the beach house to go and visit. The house is in need of updating, like the furniture, the door to the main bathroom is cracked and hard to close, the door to the outside shower needs work once you open it you can't close and lock the door, the garden hose in front of the house is broken in two, the vents in the bathrooms need to be cleaned so they work better, and the house should be updated to ...

„Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town. Walking distance to the beach and Froggy Dogs. The pool table and arcade games on the first floor are a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again. “

„Overall our vacation was a 5, but this house is more like a 3. The property has great potential, but has not been maintained. The pool was fantastic, but was surrounded by weeds and included a pile of broken and rusted pool toys. The pool loungers(3) were all broken and unusable. It was nice to have direct access to the beach, a short walk over the dunes for a day in the sand. However, the fence door was not secure and with a dog and small child, this was a concern.
