"Ok 4 star hotel but definitely not 5*. Some Staff were very friendly and helpful but most are on their mobile and appear demotivated (no comparison to other hotels). No management visible in the hotel and the clima within the team seems tensed. Thai restaurant should be closed as the food is inedible. Breakfast averge but low food quality without h any Charme in the resuarant (felt like in an hospital cantine). Infrastructure ok but not well maintained. Beach is a catastrophe. Pay attention: room rates are low but you pay for everything extra and do not expect a 5* (ratet an average 4 star hotel). Also note that this wellbeing marketing messages and pictures appear like professional luxury retreat or resort but beside in one restaurant there is no wellbeing thought in this hotel rather a place for groups.
