Welcome to PGA Signature inside PGA WEST on the STADIUM COURSE a community built for vacation rentals! We're located between the 18th hole and the 1st hole with breathtaking golf course and mountain views. Our 2500sf 3 bed/3 bath home is a 2 minute walk to Ernies Bar and Grill/The Stadium course clubhouse and less then 4 miles from the Coachella Music Festival Fairgrounds.

EXTENDED DESCRIPTION:

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The Master Suite has a King size bed, king air mattress, 65" TV an over sized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, separate walk in shower. Direct access to the pool.

Bedroom 2: King bed, 50" TV.

Bedroom 3: (2) Full Beds, 50" TV.

There is a queen air mattress and a pack and play available upon request for additional sleeping in the bedrooms.

GAME ROOM: Enjoy GOLDEN Tee, Shuffleboard and a 65" TV in the game room loft with some really amazing views of the mountains and golf course.

KITCHEN:
Gather all of your family and friends around this gourmet eat-in kitchen, fully stocked, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a 6 burner gas range, double ovens, and more…

LIVING:
Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a very comfortable sofa, plenty of seating and a large 86"' LG TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.

OUTSIDE:
The living room opens up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group, did I mention stackable doors?? The beautifully landscaped backyard features an outdoor dining table, couch seating area with a 65" outdoor TV, fire pit, built in gas BBQ and more.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.

KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

COMMUNITY ACCESS:
You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)

AMEX Golf Tournament (Stadium Course) : From mid-December to late-January, the American Express Golf Tournament will be setting up for its annual PGA golf tournament on the golf course adjacent to our property. This means that there may be obstructions and limited visibility of the golf course during this period. Please be aware that our vacation rental property is located on the world famous Stadium Course. We want to inform our guests that we have no control over and are not responsible for any renovations, maintenance, or construction activities that may occur on the golf course during your stay. These activities are managed solely by the golf course administration and may result in noise, changes in landscape, or restricted access to certain areas. We are located on but are not affiliated with the Stadium Course.


LOCATION:
4 miles to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

ESTIMATED DISTANCES FROM THE VACATION HOME
- Empire Polo Fields: LESS THEN 4 MILES! 10 minute bike ride and under a 15 minute walk!!
- Old Town La Quinta: 5-7 minutes
- Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 10-15 minutes
- Palm Desert/El Paseo: 15-20 minutes
- Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 30-40 minutes
- LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic

GUEST ACCESS-
Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can't be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Nice Setup
Property was as expected and pictured in the listing. The manager was very prompt in resolving a couple minor issues and questions about the property. Two things to note that didn't really impact us: 1) The master bedroom closet is locked and is effectively the owner's closet. This means no hanging closet space in the master. Not a massive deal since it was just two of us, but an inconvenience. There was also not a hanger in the entire house, but I get the feeling that previous renters may have taken them all along with the iron and ironing board (which was promptly replaced when we flagged it to the property manager) 2) The house looks out right at the 9th and 18th holes, which would be great normally, but our stay coincided with the prep for the AmEx PGA event, which meant 9am - 5pm it was loud as they constructed the grandstands with hammering, banging, and forklifts/trucks running around non-stop. If you were going to be out on the course or away from the house, no big deal, but the outdoor area was less relaxing during the day with all this going on. We would rent again but probably outside of Dec/Jan to avoid the construction noise. House would be great in the summer with the pool and misters everywhere.

Fabulous home for family getaway!
The house was perfect for our family of 4. We swam, we played video games, we sat by the fire pit and we walked to breakfast! Gorgeous views and outdoor area make this house. Well stocked, easy check-in, and overall great house!

Beautiful home very clean
Such a amazing property to stay. We had a 3 day golf outing at PGA West. The girls enjoyed the nice pool while the guys were on the golf course. Very nice place for families or friends get away. The game room created lot of good competition. We will be back next year. Thanks again!

PGA West a home away from home
I love the Signature community within PGA West. I was very pleased to meet Michael who was kind enough to share his beautiful home with me while I was doing some renovations to mine. This home has everything you need and brand new! The attention to detail was perfect. The interior design was well crafted and made my stay feel very special. A very warm environment. My trip was more about the work from home model but did get to spend time taking a swim in a state of the art pool design. Highly recommend anyone from a solo person to a family environment explore this beautiful home for a nice getaway! A Five Star experience.

Very nice property, amenities are lacking
Overall it would take the owner about 500.00-1000.00 to make this the best property experience. The major issues are the linens, namely the towels are horrible. They literally repel water. I did not know you could even purchase such cheap pots pans knives and utensils. I had better stuff when I was in college in the 80's. We have a beach rental and we have real knives and real cookware. No garage door opener was provided so it was always a fire drill when my son and I were coming home from Golf getting someone to open the garage door since I did not want to be in the heat going to the combo lock. The neighborhood is a full blown construction zone, not a problem but should have been mentioned. The pool is awesome, but there is no pool net so getting the bugs and debris out is difficult especially after some wind we had. There were tons of bugs and debris, I just had to splash them either to the filter or out of the pool. Small item but no Shuffleboard wax, we have a shuffleboard at home and would have brought some had we known, good luck finding it on vacation, so no shuffleboard as we had planned. Also some lighting in the BBQ area would be nice if you want to BBQ when it gets dark. There were no hangers and the Master has Zero hanging space for clothes on hangers. The overall property is brand new and beautiful, just some very minor investments and the place would be totally amazing. My wife also did not like having the master shower and bath not separated by a door, I don't really care but for the price you would expect a bit more privacy. That is really on the design of the home not the owners. Overall it was a very wonderful week.
