Great location & prompt service but issues
The property and management were excellent. However issues seemingly outside anyone’s control made this trip less than spectacular. An electrical issue caused an issue with outlets in the space and the water heater, resulting in no hot water. Property manager was able to get an electrician to resolve the issue next day. Further issue with security system making noise due to insufficient battery life.

Good location and perfect size
We loved the location and size of Mario’s place. Far enough away from the strip you didn’t have to deal with immediate traffic, noise and large volume of people but close enough you aren’t spending a ton for Ubers either. The home it’s self was spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a vacation. Only thing I would say is one of the guest bedrooms could use a mattress update but otherwise it was a great place to stay during our visit.

We enjoyed the quiet surrounding the property not a lot of noise traffic. Oh and the beds!! The best sleep we ever had in a while, we want to know what type of mattress and sheets you have 😍❤️. Great Stay!
Easy to get to from the airport, and a short car ride to all the things that you want to do in Las Vegas. My group was there for a music festival that we are performing at, and it made the trip super enjoyable since we had a place retreat to. If we get invited back to the festival we will look to rent this property again.

Wonderful, comfortable, spotlessly clean condo. We will definitely return. I would note, though, that it’s more like a 3 bd/2,25 bath; there are 4 beds, but one of them is in an open area rather than a separate bedroom so if you are looking for 4 bedroom/3 full bathrooms, know that in advance. Great host response to any questions!

Great place on a gated community. The only comcern was that there was a sign at the gate entrance that stated short term rentals are not allowed. Just made it a little cautious about whether we were going to be hassled. No issues though

Convenient location if your going to game or anything else in Vegas
We went to Vegas for a Football game and the place was perfect. We were able to BBQ and game prep then catch a short ride to the stadium.
