„I was excited about this property, it was right where we wanted to be with our family. The check in was easy enough but that first day I noticed a garbage/sewage smell outside. I figured maybe it was a neighbors garbage and didnt think much of it. Settled my baby in only to realize there was no toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, water drinking glasses, or garbage bags etc So I ran out at 6pm to get those supplies. „Ok, if you are considering staying here, place is big and nice open concept. Two big refridgerators and kitchen dining room are lovely. Pool tables felt is very dirty and cues are down to wood. Outside pool is cracked and leaking so hose water needs to be constantly running making water cold. Deck has many soft spots and a couple of holes. Not like picture...no plants and outdoor furniture moldy....would not sit on love seat area. No one did. Needs a good bleaching. Great to have a washer and ...

„Margaret is just wonderful. We felt like we were staying at a dear family member’s home. Stayed in her very private upstairs suite and it was perfect for me, my wife and our pup. He had a blast running around the yard, meeting the chickens going to the bay beach etc. We had the best time! Thank you Margaret!!“

„We had a great family time with ten of us at Michael's beach house. The location is perfect, especially for children, with immediate access to calm, warm bay water and a private beach. Michael was outstandingly responsive when questions arose and was generous and understanding. „10 of us stayed at the house to celebrate my sister’s 60th birthday. The house is absolutely stunning, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Debbie responded to my texts immediately to answer any question I had. We brought a couple of outdoor chairs to have enough seating to watch the beautiful sunset. It was a perfect getaway!“

„We loved being together and the house and pool made it ideal for two weeks with an infant. We wished that there was better information/communication about lawn and pool service, pest treatment and trash pick-up. We were also bit disappointed that the outdoor table was not replace and we could not do any outdoor dinners.“

„This was a perfect getaway for a multigenerational family reunion! It's a beautifully maintained property. The bathroom to bedroom ratio was great for many families/couples. Great amenities included a heated pool and jacuzzi, and it's ideally located with easy access to Southampton and Sag Harbor downtown areas. Bob was a wonderful host and easy to reach. I recommend this place for anyone planning a family getaway. “
