Welcome to our stylish 3-bedroom guest suite in the heart of Lehi, Utah! This retreat boasts 1.5 bathrooms, a private theatre room. Enjoy our brand new 2023 state of the art hot tub that can seat up to 7 adults or 10 with small children. You will love our skateboard ramp, perfect for honing your skills. Inside, enjoy tastefully decorated bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and theatre room.

Our Lehi Oasis is the perfect home away from home, with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms in the beautiful town of Lehi, Utah. 9 foot ceilings and bright lighting makes it feel bright and open and not like a cramped basement Suite. With access to the Jordan River Trail and an epic skate ramp available (signed waiver necessary-Bring your own safety gear and equipment to skate as it is not provided), adventure is literally right outside your door. This exquisite retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, entertainment, and convenience, ensuring an unforgettable stay for you and your loved ones.

Our 8 foot tall Halfpipe is upgraded with Ramp Armor, `The Highest Performance Surface Material Available.` It is resistant to weather which means you can skate year round on a smooth surface so long as it is not wet or covered in snow.` Traditionally we used Masonite, only to have the rain and snow wear it down every year. This is no longer an issue. Ramp armor has superior technology and ISO 9000 certified processes provide the highest quality material and is able to withstand high usage wear and tear delivered by skateboarding and BMX. This means a better ride for you, the guest!

As you step inside, you`ll be greeted by a stylish and spacious living area that sets the tone for your vacation. Sink into the plush sofas that comfortably lean back and unwind after a long day of exploring the wonders of Utah. But the real highlight of our guest suite is the dedicated theatre room. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, a large screen, and comfortable seating, this room will transport you into a world of cinematic magic. When it`s time to retire for the night, you`ll find three cozy and well-appointed bedrooms awaiting you. The master bedroom features a plush queen-size bed that guarantees a restful sleep. The second and third bedrooms are perfect for families or friends, with bunk beds consisting of a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top.

The guest suite also offers a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space, allowing you to whip up delicious meals during your stay. And when it comes to freshening up, the 1.5 bathrooms provide convenience and comfort for all guests.

This is a guest suite (mother in law basement suite) of a beautiful home in Lehi, Utah. There are steps down to the suite. Your own equipment is required for Skate Ramp use.

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the entrance to the basement suite.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
