Inside each condo you will have the comforts of home you crave. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, then you may want to look elsewhere. But if you are looking for an authentic Louisville hospitality experience in a historic building, this is for you!

This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Indulge in exclusive amenities at the Sky Club and Sky Park levels, including a rooftop sun deck with grilling stations and a fire-pit, outdoor yoga patio, 24/7 fitness center, private screening room and community lounge with kitchen. For those with work to do, the business center and conference room are available. There is also paid laundry machines in the building for a fee but we provide detergent in your unit.

The building is a simple on-off from I-65. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard wifi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters!

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Stay Away From This Wildly Bizarre Experience!
Unfortunately, this was a very bizarre and scammy experience…the listing looked very promising, but…the neighborhood it is in is very sketchy, parking appears unsafe and the building itself smells badly of pot. 1. The apartment was very unkept. The silver ware was sticky, sheets were dirty, and a general level of uncleanliness that was repulsive. 2. The kitchen sink leaked to the degree that it was inoperable and for the one night we chose to stay of our 7 day rental, dishes had to be washed in the tub. 3. Water pressure in the shower was so bad, you couldn’t even rinse your hair. 4. Wildly of all...there was a loose hamster running around the kitchen…true story. I contacted who I assume was the manager with this bizarre set of issues, and an immediate desire for a refund, but was met with only option of ’sending the handyman’ and no possibility of a refund. I have appealed to VRBO to remove the listing due to scammy payment methods that required outside websites and a complete lack of customer care that is disappointing to say the least.

Cleanliness needs work
The cleanliness of the apartment and building as a whole left much to be desired. Bugs on the window sills, dirty appliances, dirty mirrors, VERY dusty. You may want to consider switching housekeeping staff. The tub definitely had some sort of plumbing issue you will want to look into. The tub filled on its own on the first morning of our stay. (It was empty the night before and we did not use it and nothing was dripping). We called customer service to let them know as we could not get it to drain. (They did offer to send someone to look into it but we were going to be out and about and didn’t feel comfortable without a way to secure belongings.) About 1/2 hour later it drained on its own leaving behind an absolute mess of dirt and hair. This happened daily. Did also email upon checkout pictures of the tub. Hopefully the cleanliness and plumbing will be looked into as the property has potential to be great. It was spacious and had a nice view.

Nice and cute apartment
I enjoyed my stay and the front office staff are very friendly. The only two things to be aware of are the apartment is dusty and the cross walk beeping was a bit loud. Overall, very nice place to stay. I would stay again. Also, there was no hair dryer. I'm not sure if it was misplaced? The convenience to downtown was nice.

The 800 in Louisville
Great location. 8th floor of a very nice building w/ 24 concierge. Located on 4th Street which is the Arts & Entertainment Center. Walking distance to the water (1 mile) and the Muhammad Ali Center which was awesome. Parking was an unheard of $5 a day just a block away. Highly Recommended!

Nice place
The couple days that i was spending in Louisville I enjoyed staying here. The parking situation is not the best due to i could only re up my parking every day at 4AM. I am never up at that time. I ended up setting an alarm to wake up because i did not want to take any chances. Overall place was nice and would stay again.
