„This is a very quaint and clean cabin in the woods. It is like you are staying in a modern tree house. There is no AC and the heat source is a wood burning stone. It says they have radiant heat but it was not on during our stay so the floors were cold. The biggest negative for us, is there was no privacy. Yes, the cabin is somewhat secluded in the woods, but NONE and I mean NONE of the windows have blinds or curtains, and there are neighbors. If you can see them then someone can see you!  ...

„Cedarwood is a special place. It is rustic but still has modern amenities. The location is the perfect launching point to all the outdoor activities that Mt Hood has to offer (we went on several awesome hikes). Ian is the ideal host and was very attentive to our needs. „This cabin was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Excellent layout with thoughtful details in the rooms for a very easy stay for three adults and an infant. We were there during a bit of a hot spell and the mini split cooled the place down very effectively so we could all sleep comfortably.“

„Such a nice cabin to stay in. We really enjoyed our stay here. As other reviews mention, the upper level and bedroom have a very low ceiling, which isn’t the most comfortable for getting in and out, but this didn’t detract from our stay at all. It is just something to keep in mind when booking. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it.“

It was a bit tough as the second bathroom only has a bath and not a shower; also, could likely use some updated and newer rugs throughout to give an overall cleaner feel. „This is cute little cabin in the pretty Oregon backdrop. It is accurate in it's description. My girlfriend and I stayed for four days and enjoyed every bit. We did run into a few issues easily overcome, the back room breaker tripped due to the loading from heaters and lights being on at night. The electric fireplace did not want to work with us so we used the wood stove instead. There was plenty of wood, just needed kindling to get it started. „Absolutely adorable cabin in the woods by the river. Very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable!! It was the perfect location for starting our trail run around Mt Hood (Timberline Trail) from Top Spur trailhead. It had reliable WiFi for the one working remote one day of our stay. Very cozy!!“

„Wow, we very thrilled with this property, it had everything we were looking for in terms of privacy, charm, and being situated in a beautiful river setting. We love rustic cabins and this one was very cool. The family really enjoyed it as well and we all had ample space. Would definitely stay again!“

„Property was very clean, and well stocked with extra towels for the hot tub, cooking supplies, and a portable heater. It felt very secluded while still being near civilization. My only complaints were a broken step on the bunkbed and no coffee provided(although there was a coffee pot and filters). Definitely recommend.“

„Exactly what our family of 6 (ages 12-48) wanted for our Mt. Hood adventure. Kids loved the airstream, cabin had perfect space to hang out and play cards together after a day of hiking. We didn't try the hot tub, but definitely will next time. Especially appreciated the sky lights in cabin sleeping area. Do note that the only full bath in the cabin is tiny. Not a problem for us at all, but could be an issue if trying to do bath time for multiple young kids.“

„The cabin had some quirks about. It must’ve been on an ant hill, as there was an extreme issue with ants. Cleanliness was less than desirable cobwebs everywhere dirty fan, not kept horribly as your toilets and areas were clean, but the overall cleanliness of the place was not desirable.“
