„We have a nice stay in Kingston! The apartment had everything we needed for four adults and our two dogs. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, the beds were comfortable and we were able to hang out in the living room and play games. „The apartment was great. The location was perfect for some local hiking. Parking was available in the back of the house. The owner lives on the first floor. To have a good check-in experience, make sure you visit his rental website to reply to check-in questions - replying to emails from that website will not reach him. The owner is not necessarily on the property during check-in hours and needs to know your planned arrival time. “

„very nicely decorated, lovely views out the back into the woods,had everything we needed...plenty of towels, comfy bed. Really good sushi restaurant 1 minute walk away. Very clean, very homey, nice original art all around. Not super quiet- we could hear street traffic and a little people sound from downstairs but it didn't bother us. Complaints in other reviews about sulpher smelling water really not that bad“

„The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete.“
