This property was perfect for us 2 couples! Pools and property were beautiful & maintained well and the location is perfect. There was plenty of restaurants within walking distance and even a grocery store. Condo was clean and well stocked with coolers, beach chairs, and an umbrella ect.

A slice of paradise
The location was wonderful starting with a great view from the balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. The beach was very close and quite private with a few small caves and good snorkeling. The unit had everything you need. The building was very secure with friendly gate guards.

This was such a great experience! The unit is located in a quieter spot on the Dutch side. Sandra was an excellent host. The unit has everything you need. Great Place!
We loved this place! Communicating with the property owner was a breeze. She responded quickly and was super helpful. The apartment is within walking distance to many restaurants, a grocery store and only a 20 minute walk from Maho beach. The backdoor opens to the pool and an amazing view. We spent some time on the beach steps from our back door and it felt like a private beach. I will say the outside of the building is under construction and doesn't look very nice but we felt very safe and once we were in the apartment everything was perfect. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. We can't wait to come back!!

The location was great and the short 40 steps to the beach every morning could not have worked out better for me and my family. Great unit stocked with towels, toiletries, and even a little rum! This is the best location on St Maarten. This unit is as good as it gets. The host was incredibly responsive to our very limited questions. The property was as described with a beautiful ocean view and a walkout to the pool. The Rainbow Beach Club is still recovering from hurricane Irma but ongoing work did not interfere with our stay. The beach was beautiful on the first day that we were there but the weather created some high surf that made it unaccessible. Such is Mother Nature. There are many other beaches nearby so we went to Mullet Bay one day and watched the surfers then to Maho Beach for a close view of the airplanes arriving and departing. Sandra was very good to work with and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. It was a very good stay.

Should had been better
It was an uncomfortable stay. Thought we got a deal on a 5 star listing. It was barely a 3. The inside of unit is nice, but had its issues. (Not gonna bother to list them). The outside was dilapidated, the security was subpar, the gate to private beach was only unlocked 2 of the 5 days we was here (security claimed to had lost the key).. Needless to say, we’re heading home to get some comfortable sleep!!

The listing for this condo features some very nice pictures of the unit itself as well as the views from the patio and around the pools and beach. We've stayed in lots of VRBO's in both the U.S. and the Caribbean and we were impressed at how well the listing's photos represent this condo. Clean, well-kept, and tastefully decorated, this condo was a very pleasant home away from home for our family vacation. We really loved the convenience of the condo's walk-out first floor location - just a few steps to the northside pool and just a few more to one of the most enchanting and secluded beach spots on the island at the bottom of the cliffside spiral staircase. Only one aspect was a little difficult for us to adapt to - the lower limit of 77 degrees F for the thermostats. But, its a very understandable and practical limit as energy is very expensive on the island. While we initially thought it might make for difficult sleeping, we didn't have any problems getting a good night's sleep throughout our 9 day stay. We would definitely consider coming back to this condo for another St. Maarten vacation!

This by far was one of the nicest places we have stayed at. What makes is so awesome is how at home you feel by the extras that Sandra gives you while you are staying there. This place was amazing. The photos and reviews do not do it justice. This is right on the beach. Some may find it a drawback to be on the lowest floor, however we had a private staircase right to the pool, just across from walking down to the beach. The entire condo was spotless. Master bedroom and bathroom is very large, with a large shower. 2nd bedroom is also great. Kitchen was well stocked and had more than we needed. Parking was also outstanding. You can park right outside and has underground parking. Very easy to get in and out. Major highlight for us was the extras in the storage unit. We snorkeled a lot and the equipment was very useful. Along with beach chairs, noodles, golf clubs..... This was our first trip to the island. There was major signs of the hurricane and plenty of damage around the island, however nothing we couldn't do that we wanted to do. Beaches are beautiful, attractions are open, restaurants had no wait times at all. The people were all very friendly. The main reason why I would stay there again was Sandra. She went over and above to make our trip the best it could. Gave advice on places to go, contacted us before we left, we asked one question while we were there and she wrote right back. Outstanding owner and would want to stay with her again. This was our fist trip, hopefully not our last. Thank you Sandra.

Thank you Sandra for hosting us at your beautiful condo. This idyllic setting was just the thing for four winter weary folks. The condo is very well equipped and the storage room has beach and snorkel gear for use. (and 2 sets of golf clubs for the course next door). The two large private bedrooms with baths are just the thing for two couples. We especially enjoyed the private beach at the bottom of the spiral staircase as well as the two pools on the property. The beaches at both Cupecoy and Mullet are a five minute walk away as are several restaurants and bars. We rented a car and this units underground parking just steps from our door was an added bonus. I would recommend renting a car as there are many interesting places and sights to see on the island that are just a short drive from the condo. Marigot or Phillipsburg for shopping, Grand Case for fine dining, Pic Paradise for climbing, Orient beach swimming and many many more. We have been coming to St Martin for many years and this unit is one of the very best at which we have stayed. Again Thank you Sandra.

Small piece of paradise when you need it
There are so many places on VRBO to choose from, that choosing one is always a bit of a gamble. I can tell you that this lovely place was nothing short of perfect for me and my family- lovely location, great amenities, and super convenient to Simpson Bay and Marigot, depending on where you want to spend your time. It is quiet and outside of the bustle of other places that you can stay on St. Maartin, so know that when you're making your choice. It is truly relaxing and wonderful, with a small 'private' beach and some snorkeling around the rocks and reefs along the waterline, and plenty of iguanas that lounge around the grounds to entertain you. The two pools are deep and refreshing, and the surrounding grounds are lovely. Restaurants and cafes are within close walking distance, and are normally populated by students from the university right up the hill. If you want to see the island, I recommend that you rent a car only to give you the freedom to try different places. The unit itself is big and relaxing, with an updated kitchen and everything you would need for a multi-day stay. The owners are friendly, responsive and helpful, and we appreciated the amenities, like umbrellas, chairs, swim noodles, etc. that were included. We had a great time, and highly recommend this place! Another VRBO vacation success!
