„Wirklich super ist die Lage des Motels, alles ist schnell erreichbar. Ausstattung ist schon älter, zweckmäßig. Was fehlt, ist eine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit der Eingangstür. Große Teller gab es nicht, nur Untertassen. Das angebotene und auch gebuchte Frühstück in einem nahen Café ist neuseelandtypisch, aber nicht besonders reizvoll mit labbrigem Toast.“

It is very central, has beautiful lake view and even though we had our room right next to the communal area with Billard pool table, it was quite and we slept very well. The staff is very friendly too and there is a huge kitchen with many cook tops and oven for the guests to prepare meals. :-)“

„Sehr geräumige Unterkunft mit Küchenzeile, Mikrowelle und Herdplatten vorhanden. Es gab leider keinen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wir konnten keine Lebensmittel einkaufen. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Unterkunft dies uns vorher mitgeteilt hätte.“

Andrea was easy to connect with and ask questions as well as providing the necessary information. We enjoyed the small town feel of Twizel while still having ready access to the dark sky preserve and Mount Cook. I highly recommend this location!“

„We love Lake Ohāu and always head back often, usually staying at the lodge, but this time we stayed at Grants place, and it did not disappoint!! A beautiful home with incredible lake and mountain views, comfy rooms, with everything you need and more. A new spa had been put in just before our arrival, although we did not get to test it out. Very roomy, large kitchen, toys, books, ping pong, bikes, its all there! A great place for any time of the year! Thank you so much for having us!! “
