„Accommodation was great. Nice and quiet surroundings. Kayaks were included in the price. Well equipped. Only towels and linen you needed to bring. It depends on the people who used it before if there is soap and rubbish bags, etc. available or not. Fruit trees to use :) Fast and good comminication with the host.“

„The place is nice but wrongly advertised. In stayz it said 3 bedroom for 6 adults. But when arrived they weee only 5 bedding. 2 queen and a single. Where is the sixth person going to sleep. He had to check into a motel nearby. When contacted the owner he said, you can see the picture on advertisement, only single. Totally not satisfied with explaining the situation. Then goes quite until I checked out. Please read the before booking and get confirmation. But the place is brand new and very clean ...

„Our stay was amazing, we had everything we needed and did not want to leave the property. The beautiful deck opens up onto the estuary where you can hop in the kayaks at high tide or sit at the jetty with your morning coffee. The house had everything we needed to cook, have a bbq and play some games and cards around the table. Straight across the road you can swim in the ocean with stunning farmland, mangroves, and views beyond. We would happily book again for another stay. “

„The property is exactly as shown in photos not a lot of room outside for the dog but it has a small fenced area so ok for little dogs. Very close to other houses but is quiet will need the car to get supplies. Surprised only one tv but loads of games for kids. Nice beds but a little hard. For the price it’s very expensive as just stayed at Waiheke and got a heated swimming pool and spa included for almost the same price Matakana is expensive and no beach views or country outlook.
