Ich habe ihn zwar nie persönlich kennen gelernt, aber die schriftliche Kommunikation war immer sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. As good as the inside was the outside was over the top- from amazing views, crystal clear pool, and the large fire pit. Jack took amazing care of and had some great stories. „This property needs improvements. Had to park on the road next to steep hill. Stepping into the apt area was rough as it was unfinished. It said sleeps six, but one bed and pull out couch with one extra blanket. Towels were old, furniture and carpets need cleaning or replaced. Not a lot of attention to detail. For the price, not a good value.“

„We were warmly welcomed by our host Joanne to this charming older property. Included is a well equipped kitchen (spices, and other necessities and a basket of fresh fruit!). The location is great! It is an easy bike ride on the bike path to Santa Monica pier, the Marina and short walk to restaurants and shops. Also near by is the Santa Monica farmers market. The property also includes bikes and beach chairs. “

„Overall this was just okay. It was clean, well stocked, and had a cute front patio. However, there were some issues that could have been resolved before our stay. Checking in was a bit confusing. The location in the app didn’t match the location sent in the messages. The hot water wasn’t functional for the first day. Worked for 3 minutes and went cold. The home owner left a note explaining they have a part on order. I contacted the property manager and they got the issue resolved by the next ...
