Less than 1/2 block down the street from the beach access point and the same distance to the first tee at the public golf course. Easy 1/2 mile walk to the center of town. There is so much to do in and around Manzanita - from relaxing on the beach (build a fire and roast marshmallows). to horseback riding in the state park, to crabbing in the Nehalem bay. There are fantastic surfing and hiking opportunities too.

The house has four levels (7 steps between each level) with two bedrooms (both with queen beds with comfortable foam mattresses). The master bedroom (1 queen bed) is on the second level and has an attached bathroom with a combination shower and a "bubble" tub. There is a slider out to the back deck from this room as well.

The second bedroom is a private sleeper nook (1 queen bed) in the loft (4th level), completely enclosed with sliding glass doors and privacy curtains. In addition to the two queen beds, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the loft (4th level), and a rec room (ground level) with couch that converts to a twin size bed. The second full bathroom (with shower stall) is located in the loft. There are air mattresses (Q, T, T) available for the rec room as well, stored in the master bedroom closet.

There are three ROKU-enabled TVs, two with blue-ray DVD players (loft and rec room). The house is fully equipped with WiFi. The living / dining room (3rd level) has a wood-burning fireplace. From here you can access the front deck with views of the ocean and Neahkahnie mountain.

Each room has it's own heater to allow you to set the heat to your comfort. The house also has an AC unit in the living room. The 2nd level kitchen was beautifully remodeled in the spring of 2019. It has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster - plus lots of cookware.

The house has two decks - one on the front with views of the ocean and a gas grill and one on the back.. In addition, there is lots of parking - with room for up to four cars.
