The communication prior to our arrival was excellent, the check in was easy and informative and the management of the room and grounds at Island Inn was superb. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!)
