„Had a room up on the 6th floor. Hot water could hardly call "hot" and the hot water pressure was very low and sometimes (when other people were using hot water as well?) down to a trickle. I tried using the Keurig coffee to make a cup of tea and the water came out with bits black stuff, even after the 5th rinse. So finally decided I was not so desperate for a cup of tea.... I had stayed in this hotel 18 months ago and it was much better back then-“

„The carousel was an amazing location for my husband and I to take a couple days away to rest and relax. We loved the ice rink and overall feel of the hotel. We enjoyed the games and the hot tub! The ice rink was so much fun! My only advice is to ask for a higher level room or corner if you are sensitive to noise. It didn’t bother us but the music was loud. The hotel should also consider updates to the bathrooms. Ours had a good bit of mold on the ceiling and the shower was stained. We would ...

„we liked the fact that you have access to beach without going onto the street. the hotel is still under remodeling so parking is limited; not enough handicap parking. excellent staff; very polite and attentive. draw back was getting front desk from room.“

„Comfortable beds, great shower! Toilet paper holder to far away from the toilet for short people. Metal piece on side of bed hurt my foot. Drains were a little slow.But a nice stay.“
