"We arrived late in the evening and were warmly welcomed at the reception. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shared bathrooms in the hallway were also spotless, and there was always a bathroom available when needed. The price-performance ratio of this accommodation is excellent. I would definitely book this place again for a stay in Boston."

"We checked in and were assigned the wrong room (had handicap shower, when we specifically booked a room without - which cost us a few bucks more). We learned this only after dragging our five pieces of luggage up to the eight floor and to the end of a very long carpeted hallway and then had to go back down to the lobby. It took some time to assign us a second room, and we received with no apology for the error. When I mentioned to Darryl that an apology would have been appreciated, he gave me a bewildered look. “An apology? What for?” The Westin obviously does not bother to train its staff properly. Disappointing."
