Perched high on the mountain, our cabin offers tranquility and a serene woodland setting where you can observe local wildlife walk by. During the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), guests have access to the community outdoor pool for a $6.00 per person fee.

Mezzanine hallway on the second floor offers birds-eye view of the living area below. Upstairs, you will find two uniquely charming bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a twin bed. One bedroom is equipped with an office desk, chair, and computer monitors, making it a perfect space for blending work with pleasure. These bedrooms share a full bathroom.

✹ “Equestrian” bedroom – Inspired by our love for horses, you will find another spacious and comfortable queen bed and a twin bed.
✹ Full bathroom - A full bath with tub/shower combo in the hallway serves both bedrooms.
✹ Additional Features - Both upstairs bedrooms are equipped with a 42-inch smart TV and ceiling fans.

The newly renovated basement adds versatility to your stay with a recreation room featuring a large sectional sofa, 65-inch Smart TV, and electric fireplace. The wet bar, complete with a small refrigerator and microwave, enhances your entertainment options, while foosball table and arcade games provide fun for all ages. Multiple sliding doors lead to a wraparound deck on the lower level. The basement also includes two additional bedrooms.
✹ “In the Woods” bedroom - Features a queen bed, with a sliding door to the lower deck and direct access to the bathroom and living area.
✹ “The Youngins” bedroom - Includes two twin-over-full bunk beds and a sliding door to the lower deck.
✹ Full bathroom – This stylish bathroom offers walk-in shower with rain shower head and luxurious amenities.
Other things to note:
* If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, there is a $35.00 fee for each. Please feel free to reach out to inquire if early check-in or late check-out is possible. Unfortunately, due to last-minute reservations, we CANNOT confirm any early arrivals or late checkouts until two days prior to your arrival.
* Standard check-in time is at 4:00pm and standard check-out time is 11:00am to allow the property to be properly cleaned for a five-star experience! If you depart after stated check-out time without approval, a $150.00 late fee will be charged.
* There is an outdoor Ring camera that faces the driveway and the road. This is mainly used to used to monitor weather conditions during winter months.
* Guests are required to adhere to following Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) rules.

This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community.

Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M.
-- PARKING --
All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance. Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so. Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.
NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads.
With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.
