„Awesome customer service by Abdullah. Very spacious room.very clean inside . Very pleased and will be back again. Price is very reasonable compare other local hotels. Abdullah called for our taxi to Makkah and help us to find good restuarant. We will send here lots of our friends and fsmily members.There customer service beyond the expectation . „The toilet paper roll holder was broken. Paint was chipping off of the ceiling. The cabinet/closet was broken. There were no hairdryer nor an Iron. Which I thought was the standard everywhere. I had to keep asking the reception for bath towels. They just seemed very unprofessional. Overall just bad experience. I would like my money back. I have pictures to show for proof. “
