There are 2 master bedrooms with ensuites at opposite ends of the home, allowing two families to share the space happily. 2 additional bedrooms include bunks with the option of a trundle for 3 people, and a Double/single bunk, perfect for older children or teenagers.

A separate office/workspace is also available. The home has a full laundry, including washer and heat pump dryer as well as drying cupboard facilities.

The home boasts an enviable large indoor/outdoor entertaining area overlooking the pool, allowing magnificent views of the sunset each night. The heated pool also includes spa bubblers, giving you many options to enjoy the warmer weather and cool off. The electric heat pump gives quick and flexible pool heating. You will love your morning walk, bike or scoot to the village via the boardwalk, which crosses the estuary only 300 metres from the house.

Mount Martha north and main beach are all a short walk away and only a little further is the walk to South Beach. Strictly no parties/groups
