Indulge in luxury at this new 4-bed, 2-primary bedroom home. Stylishly furnished, it accommodates 10 with 6 beds. A pool and hot tub, fire pit and chairs, giant chess, and lounge furniture add to the allure. Entertain at the bar, utilize the 3-car garage, and host more guests with an adjoining property. Experience modern living at its finest in this exquisite residence.

*If you have a larger party and need additional accommodations, we have a partner house right next door. We even have a gate, allowing friendly parties to have access to each others pack yard for outdoor play if desired. Please inquire individually on that listing. It's name is "Casa Mesquite" by J and Amy.

* Unless you have made your reservation on Airbnb, there will be a security deposit HOLD of $500 during your stay. Your card should not be charged unless there are damages or extra cleaning found after checkout.

* Base fee is for 8 guests.

* Because of the pool and safety concerns, please leave the slider locked if children are in the home unless supervised outside by an adult. The front door must be locked at all times because of direct access through the house to the pool. There is also a slider door alarm with a bypass for your children's safety.

* Our home is a No-smoking, No pets property ($500 fine if evidence of either at checkout) and we ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays. If you do have a service animal for a disability, we would appreciate prior communication. Please inquire for stays over 2 weeks as extra cleaning fees apply.

* There is a possibility of construction noise until all homes in the neighborhood have been completed.

* Pool and Hot Tub Fees: The pool and hot tub are heated by propane, which is very effective but expensive; therefore, there is a daily fee that we have to charge. These charges are initiated OUTSIDE THE INITIAL RESERVATION. The cost for heating changes based on the ambient temperature of Mesquite. We will need 3 days notice prior to your arrival for the charge to occur and for us to arrange heating. The prices are as follows:

POOL & HOT TUB: Winter - $150 a day
Summer - $25 (Hot tub only)
Fall & Spring - $100 a day.

HOT TUB ONLY: Winter months - $35 a day
Summer - $25 a day
Fall & Spring - $25 a day

YOUR INDOOR SPACE-
Bedrooms (sleeps 10 total): Our primary suite offers a king bed with attached bath, lounging couch, and a large walk in closet. The second primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached bath as well. A third and fourth bedroom each offer queen beds. In addition, we can sleep two more adults comfortably with our trifold foam mattresses in any living space. With all new and quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night's sleep after playing all day. Our mattresses and pillow are encased with a protective covering to keep you safe from unwanted elements. All bedrooms have smart TVs so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose. We have streaming capabilities but no local TV unless attached to your app. Please make sure to sign out at checkout.

Bathrooms: Our three bathrooms provide space for everyone. Two attached to the primary bedrooms and a 3rd that is accessible from the main part of the house. All bathrooms are are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum.

Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked. If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it. Full cookware and some bakeware are provided. With a drip maker and a Keurig, everyone can enjoy their favorite cup just like they do at home. We provide Kirkland ground coffee, several pods, and filters for your stay. Indoor and outdoor dining and drinkware are provided for you. We also have oil, spices, condiments, barbeque utensils and more.

Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen and offers incredibly comfortable furniture The wall of sliding windows doors make you feel as if you are outside while cuddled on the comfy couch, watching your favorite show on our large screen streaming TV.

YOUR OUTDOOR SPACE -
POOL & HOT TUB: You will be able to heat the hot tub and pool for your stay during the chillier months. There is an extra fee as heating with propane is quite expensive, but effective. Please see pricing above and give us 3 days notice prior to your arrival. The charge must be paid prior to arrival.

FIRE PIT: A fire pit and chairs make for great evening conversation.

DINING AND BARBEQUE: A gas grill makes cooking dinner a breeze under the covered patio.

YARD GAMES: A gas grill makes cooking dinner a breeze under the covered patio.

LOUNGE AREA: Lounge chairs and outdoor furniture offer additional comfort in the backyard.

VIEW: The neighborhood has great views of the Virgin Valley Mountains and the desert bluffs. It is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store.

PARKING: We offer free parking in our garage, driveway and street parking. If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 48 hours. Reach out to us if you have any questions on this.

Our home and backyard/pool is completely yours for your stay. There is a locked closet off the dining room for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay. There should be plenty of space to park your vehicle/s in the garage, but if not, parking in the driveway and on the street are permitted. You must move your street parked vehicle (Trailers are allowed) every 48 hours in order to abide by the HOA guidelines.

* The driveway is fairly steep. You can always park on the street if it is an issue with a lower profile vehicle, but you will need to walk up a small set of stairs for entry into the house or drive at an angle into the garage.

Our co-hosts, J and Amy, live less than 5 minutes away and can help you whenever you need. Please reach out on the message feed first. If they have not responded within 10 minutes, please give them a call. If there is an emergency or issues with your check-in code, please call them right away.

Perfect Swing is located in a popular and sought after community in Mesquite called Cambria. Located north and a bit outside the main part of town, Perfect Swing is surrounded by beautiful desert landscape. The hills and bluffs provide views and a plethora of places to walk. Everywhere you turn, you will see the Virgin Mountains, rolling sand hills and stately bluffs of the valley. As this is a brand new community and some houses are still being built, guests will experience some construction for a time.

Although Mesquite is a wonderful place to walk and get exercise, you will want a car for getting to the store, restaurants, golf courses, etc.

Mesquite Golf Trip
Would give more than 5 stars if I could. As titled, The Perfect Swing by J and Amy is the perfect spot for a golf get away. Close to all courses, new and super clean. The house had very comfortable beds and a deep garage to park in and unload your clubs with plenty of room. The backyard is amazing with the pool, hot tub, corn hole and giant chess. The hosts, J and Amy, were very communicative available if we needed anything. We will definitely rebook.
