Full-Size Kitchen, 1 pack n play sleeps toddler, with booster highchair, 1 collapsible baby crib sleeps 1, 1 twin rollaway sleep teen or sofa bed for young adults, along with baby gates are provided. Costa Vista is mostly childproof and a few toys in the guest closet to keep kiddos busy at night. Our beach townhome has everything you need plus more! We like to keep it above your standard! There is 1 twin rollaway for the kiddos to sleep (if needed) and an unexpected guest. Our home sleeps 2 - 7 people (1 twin/ rollaway). We are Kid friendly for 2 small families. Or, your larger family will enjoy the pull out sofa in extra large living area. Also, The convertible crib for infants or a small toddler can sleep on the pack & play we provide!
Pet-Friendly with an extra fee for keeping our home immaculately clean. Pets are accepted upon approval. All the linens (sheets and bath towels) provided plus few extras...Full kitchen with everything for cooking meals but dining out and ordering fresh local fish is perfect because this is "Destin's Little Fishing Village!" One of the Largest fleets in Nation with our 5 mile out drop off for True Deep-Sea fishing, tournaments (June and entire month of Oct for fishing rodeo), and quality seafood from ocean to your table!

Dining choices include 5 different types of restaurants within walking distance, so a car is not necessary only on arrival and departure with the grocery store via car. However, you might miss all the excursion possibilities, golfing, and shopping without a car. Community gated swimming pool is just outside the unit, easy to nap with the breezes and get that warm, bronze tan with the sun's rays. Walks along the beach across the street and extraordinary sunsets will keep you coming back to this Half Million Dollar Retreat. Pompano Joe's restaurant is located steps away/ around the corner for sunsets, dinner, music on the weekends, drinks, and a great meeting place for your friends and family within walking distance! Such a convenient and central location for you to rejuvenate, enjoy the beach view dining, play beach volleyball, have a cocktail and walk home from Pompanos. There are 4 - 5 other restaurants 1 block north walking distance, Italian, Thai, or Mexican food if you prefer a stroll for supper.
