The Kitchen opens up into the living area so everyone can visit while entertaining or preparing meals. The dining tables seats 6. The Kitchen has a full range of utensils and stainless appliances. Black out drapes make sleeping cozy for anyone sleeping on the sleeper sofa or master bed. Spacious Balcony with room for everyone. Great for Families, Girls Getaways, Golf Trips and Couples Getaways. Everything you need
This condo has everything you need for an extended stay at the beach. It has a nice large kitchen that's well stocked. They also have pool and beach items so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. The second bedroom would be great for the kids. Perfect location
Edgewater was the perfect location and our condo was everything we hoped for. The ease of check-in made arriving and getting settled in stress-free. The pools were perfect for my children, ages 9 and 6. We had the perfect amount of space for the five of us. The condo was supplied with everything we needed and we definitely used some of the pool toys in the outside closet. Having beach service/chairs provided was a great addition. I would definitely book again for our next stay at Miramar Beach. Thank you!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME
This condo has everything! Including recliners! We had everything you could need, coffee filters, sugar, creamer, salt & pepper, trash bags and so much more! They have a storage closet with extra beach chairs, pool noodles, etc. Beautiful beach and pool views from the balcony! We had great weather all week and enjoyed the stay!

Great get-a-way!
This condo was perfect for us. It was clean the beds were comfy and the view was beautiful. We normally stay in seaside but decided to try something different this year. I’m glad we did. Lots of restaurants around us. Lots of shopping. We went to Destin and rented a boat to crab island for a day. The only downfall I can think of was the elevator situation which isn’t the condo owners fault. They have two but only one working for the entire building. I’m so glad it wasn’t busy when we went or that would have been very frustrating. I did hear they are going to replace both of them sometime this year. The umbrella and chairs were setup early everyday for us which was so nice! Just bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The grocery store is right across the street which was very convenient. It was a fabulous week!!

Fantastic place!
Edgewater was fantastic for family. We have twin 7 year olds and a 3 year old and they loved the two pools, kiddie pool, and playground. We didn’t spend much time on the beach because they loved the pools so much! Room was comfortable and outfitted with what we needed. If we could have changed anything, we would have preferred a different kind of mattress in the primary. It was uncomfortable, but anytime I or my husband moved, the other felt it.

I will happily book here again!
We had a wonderful stay this week at Edgewater! The condo was perfect for me and my mom and could have easily fit more family had we chose to bring them. It was clean, nicely decorated and had a great view from the huge balcony. We spent a lot of time out there when we weren’t down at the beach or pool. The owners were great with communicating the readiness of our condo and made sure we had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this listing again.

Amazing Views!
Loved looking out of the living room windows and main bedroom and seeing the ocean! Unit was clean and updated. Smooth check-in and check-out process that made things hassle-free, which is amazing with kids in tow. Unit had everything we needed and was beautifully done as far as furnishings and decor. This condo had much more room to move around than other 2-bedroom beach condos we have stayed at- it was lovely! Grocery store and all necessities are super close. Loved it so much we tried to book it for our next trip but it has already been taken!

3 Week Stay
We just returned from a 3 week stay at this condo.We had never been to Destin before so wasn't sure what to expect. Here is what we thought were the pros: good location (short drive into Destin and up to 30A), beautiful beach, very comfortable king bed (not sure about the 2nd bedroom as we didn't use it), well equipped kitchen, the owners were awesome, very responsive!! The cons for us were that the pool was not heated during our stay and the biggest disappointment was that there are 3 feet concrete barrier walls up around the pool so when you are laying by the pool you can't see the ocean from most lounge chairs. The elevators were very slow, we understand they are going to be replaced soon so that shouldn't be an issue for future stays. Overall it's a nice unit, what you see in the photos are what you get. Like most rental units, things could use a little update and a good furniture cleaning, but we weren't anticipating anything different.

Went for spring break with family of five; great location. Right on the beach, near restaurants and shopping. Beach wasn’t too crowded for spring break. Condo was clean and as advertised. One note - hot tub is for 14 and older only.

What you see is what you get, and what you get is awesome!
My wife and I planned for a spring break get-away and looked over dozens of properties in the Miramar Beach/Destin area and decided on this one and we are so glad we did. The pictures taken are very accurate in showing you what you get. The beds are very comfortable and the large balcony was awesome for drinking coffee and watching the sun rise while listening to the waves on the beach. Lastly, it is very clean and updated and it was nice to have a full size washer and dryer. We loved it and will probably book again over the summer!

On The Beach
The condo looked like the pictures. It had beautiful views from the master bedroom and the living space. The grocery store is across the street and there's plenty of good restaurants in the area. The owners responded immediately when I had a question. We were there in November, so it's considered off season. They didn't have the chair setup on the beach, which I knew they weren't going to, but wish they had. There was construction going on, both on the building and in other units. A risk you take being in a condo complex and going off season. I would have liked a later check out time.
