Couple things could have been better
Had 3 senior couples together for anniversary weekend, yet we had some high and lows. Property was an excellent location and literally not more than 20 minutes from any activity, from Union Station, River Market, and Kaufman Stadium. Only two concerns- 1) the first night the two queen beds, one had a fitted sheet and comforter, the other had a flat sheet and comforter. I may be old-fashioned, but I prefer two sheets on the bed. Texted the manager that night, but no reply so we just went to Walmart and bought two sheet sets. Next morning the manager texted back. and said that everything was complete and she had pictures (?), wanted to know if we had pictures. Not sure what I had to prove over the matter, but figured it wasn't worth my time. She did offer the code to locked linen closet, would've been helpful the first night. Second issue- entry is made w/ code on deadbolt lock, but leaving one day we set the doorknob lock. I texted and asked if they had a key as I noticed a lock box for a spare key, or if they could have someone swing by to unlock door knob. She said no key in lock box, a previous renter lost it. She did offer to call a locksmith but would charge us $200. She offered a secondary entrance, but that didn't work, so I told her 'never mind'.
Overall great location, house was clean and convenient for our purpose. I would be ready to improvise if you encounter an issue, in our case I felt like manager was critical and not as customer oriented...'Signs of the times'
