„Host was very accommodating however the property description doesn't match reality. Cooking was via a shared barbecue, washing up needed to be done in the bathroom vanity and the restaurant was closed. Most meals required a 20 minute drive to Nairne...or slightly further to Mt Barker. It would be OK for an overnight stay or weekend if you wanted to travel around the Adelaide Hills. Longer stays are very difficult.“

„The moment we opened the door the cottage had embraced us both, we felt welcomed and relaxed. This amazing 1860 cottage has been beautifully renovated with rustic features and gorgeous timber furniture throughout. „Quaint, cozy cottage with all the amenities you could need. The view out the front windows overlooked grape vines - beautiful at sunrise and sunset. Amazing attention to detail - little things like, fresh bread on arrival; lots of brochures on walking trails, biking etc; hand-made list of things happening in the area during our stay; little bowls for jewellery on the bedside tables - just to name a few. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway. Highly recommend.“

„We loved our stay in the Garden Suite at Gasworks Cottages. The cottage was perfect for the two of us, with such gorgeous gardens surrounding us. Our host Heather was excellent and made our stay wonderful. We loved meeting Jake the dog too! I'd recommend this place to others.“
