Step into our recently renovated sky-high condominium! Nestled on the Wintergreen ridge, we're a short distance from nature's wonders. Our unit strikes a balance between serenity and recreational opportunities. Whether you're skiing, hiking, or indulging in the local brew and wine scene, our place is the perfect hub. Cap off your adventures with the stunning 75-mile view from our balcony on clear days. Families with kids and couples seeking the best of Wintergreen's offerings are always welcome!

THE SPACE
Upon arriving at our property, you will find plenty of parking in the spacious lot for your vehicles. A short, landscaped walkway leads to our building. Once inside, walk down a short set of steps and find the front door on your right.

Across from the front door sits a lockable ski locker, available for your use and convenience during the winter season. Additionally, a coat rack and boot tray is provided to make taking off winter gear a breeze.

Upon entering the property through the front door you will be welcomed into a cozy and uplifting space. Comfy furniture and luxurious updated bathrooms abound, while thoughtful décor and artwork hang throughout.

As a pet free property our space is PERFECT for folks who suffer from allergies. Please do note that no pets of any kind are allowed.

LIVING ROOM:

Immediately on your left as you step into the condo you will walk into our open floor plan living area. The living room provides seating for 6+ on our comfy sofas and stylish swivel armchair. A large double window provides abundant natural lighting and expansive views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Rockfish Valley.

Enjoy a large fireplace with smart TV above. Firewood is included! The smart TV sits mounted above the fireplace. Bring your own logins and enjoy any streaming app.

The other end of the room provides space for dining at our table for 6+. Additional seating for 4 is located at the bar top in stylish bar stools. Guests love to enjoy a home cooked meal or take-out while communing over the views from our dining table through the large sliding glass door.

KITCHEN:

The living room space opens to the kitchen with a large granite bar-top counter. Four modern bar stools allow for even more room to spread out and socialize as a family or group while dinner is prepared.

The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary cooking tools, coffee, paper goods, and dinnerware. Our guests appreciate the option to enjoy preparing a home cooked meal in the kitchen while gathering around the bar top to partake in a local craft beer or wine and great conversation.

MASTER BEDROOM:

A small hall leads to the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom sit in the back corner of the condo. The queen bed sits between twin nightstands with reading lights. A large closet provides added convenience and touches of home for your trip.

A smart TV with Roku is provided in this bedroom (bring your own login). The en-suite bathroom is a testament to luxury with modern tile and high end finishes throughout. High end towels and washcloths from Standard Textiles are provided for your use.

OTHER BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM:

The second bedroom is also off the same short hallway as the master.
This bedroom provides a fun space for kids! Two bunk beds (4 twins in total) give all the space needed to sleep 4. Kids enjoy the bunk bed setup while adults have the option of the bottom bunks if desired. A small assortment of games and toys are provided for fun.

The second bathroom sits off the hallway across from the kitchen area and provides a luxury shower with large soaking tub combo along with a well sized vanity.

DOWNSTAIRS SUITE:

Down the stairs you will step into our second master - a huge king bed suite with fireplace, sitting area, private patio, and en-suite bathroom! This suite provides plenty of space but also plenty of privacy with blackout curtains and blinds to allow you to sleep in. The entire suite has a lockable door for added privacy.

The en-suite bathroom received the same luxury and upgrades as the upstairs bathroom. A large walk-in tile shower provides a soothing experience with its upgraded fixtures.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

The balcony, accessible from the living area, is one of the highlights of the condo. A table and high-top chairs give our guests an incredible space to take in the natural beauty of the Shenandoah region while indulging in a morning coffee or an evening beverage.

The downstairs patio provides immediate access to the ridge line walking path that connects to the network of hiking trails. The Highlands Express Chairlift is a mere 200yds away!

✔ Cleanliness is a top priority for us and we pride ourselves on welcoming you into a sparkling clean home!

✔ Our home has a washer and dryer for your use. Dryer sheets and detergent are available.

✔ We keep a first aid kit in the kitchen pantry for minor cuts and scrapes.

✔ We provide premium linens for each guest.

✔ We provide basic paper goods and consumables - paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges.

✔ Coffee, creamer and sugar are included.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire condo and property with the exception of a small, locked owner’s closets in the bunkbed room.

Entry is via keypad on the front door. A unique code will be provided in your check in email that will be valid for the duration of your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We are on the ski shuttle route! The shuttle picks up for free from our lot. We are also walking distance to Highlands Express Chairlift.

Our guests have access to two outdoor pools between Memorial Day and Labor Day. A pool pass is kept just inside the front door.

While we are available for 8 guests total please note that 2 beds are top bunk beds and not necessarily suitable for adults.

Great stay!
The property was clean and ready to go for our last minute get away. The location is on a ridgeline with beautiful views of the valley below. Two masters were a definitely plus and we really enjoyed the downstairs suite with the walkout patio. There is easy access to trails and walking paths and it is not far from the lodge and restaurants. Looking forward to come back soon for another stay!

Comfortable Condo, Spectacular Views
We spent an extended stay at this comfortable condo in Wintergreen. We appreciated that the owner, unlike most other Wintergreen owners we contacted, gave us a nice discount for our 3+ week stay. The condo was a perfect getaway for us with an easy daily commute to Charlottesville for business purposes, not to mention the abundance of wineries, breweries and distilleries in proximity. The views from this condo were spectacular, I can only imagine how much skiers would love this location right on the slopes in the winter! The condo was well equipped - kitchen, full size washer/dryer, and recently renovated bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Cozy warm quiet. Picturesque views of Easter sunrise throughout property. Due to certain circumstances our family had to meet halfway point to celebrate Easter and we couldn’t have picked a better place! We always pray Easter sunrise service at beach but the mountains were spectacular too. Thank you and great response time and very nice hosts of property answering my questions !

Great mountain getaway
The place was beautiful inside and out, fire place, decor, furniture, everything was awesome. They really make it homey and have just about anything you need while there. The downstairs is private and the bed was comfy. The bathrooms are beautiful. The balcony was pretty to look out on. One room is setup with bunk beds geared towards kids even with toys and things to play with. The host was very helpful and responsive, only one hiccup at the beginning where the door code was programmed differently than the code I was given, which was fixed quickly, but if I did not have cell service it would of been a bigger issue. Verizon Wireless has zero service there. I had US cellular and had a bar or two just enough to contact the host, T mobile worked in spots too. Heads up though bring any food items you may need there’s not a store really besides a dollar general miles away and Uber and Lyft do not really work in that area, get food/drinks before going to the top the mountain for sure. It was a wonderful get away to destress and enjoy the area and 151 breweries, if you haven’t been Bold Rock Cidery is my favorite and Blue Mountain has awesome food and drinks too! Enjoy! Loved, would stay again!! :)

Great condo in the Blue Ridge
What a great spot for a Wintergreen stay! Perfect for a family of 4, right on one of the ski runs with amazing views, and super convenient to all the restaurants, shops, and the lodge/main ski area. The wood burning fire places were a super nice touch, with all the wood we needed available. Highly recommend this one, well worth it!
