Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service und Zustand der Unterkunft
Firstly, upon entering my room, I immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant odor resembling urine. It was so overpowering that I found it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. The carpet was filthy. The bedding had someone else’s hair in it. I appreciate the fact that you gave us a different room. The second room wasn’t any better. Although there wasn’t any carpet, the room was filthy. Additionally, the room showed signs of mold growth all throughout the room, which further contributed to an uncomfortable environment. These conditions were unacceptable and concerning for both my health and comfort.
Moreover, I was disappointed by the lack of housekeeping services during my stay. Despite requesting housekeeping on multiple occasions, my room was not cleaned or refreshed during The entire stay. I did go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. This lack of attention to basic cleanliness and hospitality was frustrating and certainly detracted from my overall experience.
Lastly, the customer service I received during my stay was subpar. When I raised my concerns about the issues I encountered, the responses I received were unhelpful, and I was left feeling dismissed rather than valued as a guest.
