Summary:
Perfect location to everything! Few minutes to the Superdome, French Quarter, Freret Neighborhood, Tulane and Magazine Street, this light & bright historical home was just gut-rehabbed in late 2022. This 5bdrm /4bath offers the perfect combination of new mixed with original charm. Original fireplaces and crown molding with an open floor plan, hardwood floors, 14 foot ceilings throughout, tons of natural light, large kitchen with brand new SS appliances and beautiful fixtures.

Neely renovated clean house that’s excellent for the price. It’s good that there’s ample parking in the front because the neighborhood is not one to take a leisurely stroll. Fortunately you don’t need to go far to find beautiful parks and quaint neighborhoods to walk around. The communication with the owner is great, and the house is perfect for a large group

This is a large home with plenty of beds and baths for 2 families. Everything inside is updated and in working order. Owner was very responsive to any questions or issues during our stay. Great location close to all that new orleans has to offer.

Larger than expected
This home was filled with sweet surprises. We had access to a vitamix blender. There were 2 coffee makers, Keurig and standard. We had an abundance of supplies, dish washer pods, trash bags and paper towels. We came on a girls trip and everyone was comfortable. We had one person who liked it warmer and another who liked it very cold - so it was wonderful to have two air conditioning units so that everyone was happy. The back patio is as beautiful as it looked on the picture. We parked our car and used Uber and Lyft to get everywhere- no matter where we were, it never took longer than 15 minutes to arrive at the Lavender Haze

Lavender Haze was great!
We had a great stay. The property owners were very communicative and responsive. The house is positioned in a nice neighborhood with great eateries and markers down the street. There is a pharmacy, shopping nearby and situated near popular bus and trolly stops. The house is adorable. It was a little warm in pockets but that is typical in these shotgun style homes. It doesn’t sleep 12 unless there are two people on the couch. But it would be able to comfortably sleep 11. The backyard is Amazing!!!!!!! A nice front porch as well. The bedrooms are a really good size and the plenty of bathroom space to go around. I’d definitely stay here again.

The home is very spacious, clean, & modern. It is located on a very busy street, which makes it a little challenging getting out of the driver’s side of a car. The rooms on the left side of the house stayed cool; however the ac unit for the right side of the house did not work during our stay. Given the temperature was not extremely hot outside during our stay, we ran the ceiling fans to keep us cool at night. The outdoor area in the back is a great place to hang out.

Two nights at Lavender Haze
We had a very nice, but all too short, stay at Lavender Haze in New Orleans. Everything in the house was clean and functioning well. The kitchen has most of the items one would need for preparing a snack or a large meal. The patio in back is set up nicely with seating around a gas fire pit. The pictures on the website are an accurate representation of the house. Parking was readily available on the street directly in front of the house. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay there again.
