The water view from this property, really is second to none, with views all the way down the Esplanade from all angles within the property. You really cannot get much closer to perfect, whether it be that perfect beach side holiday, or that romantic getaway for two.

Accessible by lift, and with secure underground parking, our owners really have thought of everything when fitting out this apartment, set with full Wi-Fi access, air conditioning, and the added bonus from the sea breeze, when fully opening the louvers in the enclosed balcony. Sunset on the Esplanade is tastefully decorated with quality contemporary furnishings and fittings, throughout, a queen bed in the main bedroom, made up with quality linen and towels for your comfort, substantial sized dining and living area, everything is brand new and ready for your stay. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
