And you can always enjoy the views, the rhythmic ocean waves, and the ocean breezes as you have morning coffee, a barbecue, lounge, or eat meals on your private, well-furnished ocean-view patio. Enter this lower unit of a duplex and find yourself in an ocean-view great room with slider access to the patio. The living area has lots of comfortable cluster seating from which you can comfortably watch the large TV.

There is also a dining table in the middle of the well-furnished modern kitchen. The updated kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks for you and your family or guests. Just add the food and the camaraderie and enjoy being with one another.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great Location - Property a little worn
We loved the location of the townhouse. Right by lifeguard station 40. We enjoyed looking right out onto the beach. The chairs on the courtyard were nice. Unit inside is a little run down. No beach towels provided. Dishwasher smelled foul. Obviously they rented to pets as there was pet hair on the couches and some chewed up furniture.

Spacious, both inside and out. View/location, a 10 Dated, a couple of cupboard doors off or broken. Prop management office/customer service line is answered out of the country, so getting issues addressed in a timely fashion is an issue. I hear Vacasa is working to do better. I will rent again.

Poor poor property
Pictures are a lie. This home is unbelievably run down. We didn’t even have a stove for three days. The fridge looks like someone used it for target practice and the freezer barely worked. Also, bring quarters, yep washer and dryer are coin op. Ridiculous. The only factor that was accurate is that it is on the beach. This property is worth about $300 a night. TOPS

Short Getaway
This house is in a great location. The house condition was ok nothing exciting, like others post it need a lot of TLC. It had everything we needed during our stay, but if you are one that likes to stay in nicer places this might not be the place for you. I would not rent this particular unit again.

GREAT VIEW, CLOSE TO PIER - NO PROPERTY MGR # TO CALL FOR ISSUES
Left numerous messages weeks before arrival to host and no response. needed the garage size. Garage parking is for a very small compact car only. Most beach rentals are large enough for a small truck. On our 1st day all 3 propane tanks were empty for fire pit and grill. Had to call Vacasa (no property manager # to call) and wait almost 24 hours to get tanks filled. Had to fill a tank ourselves. Inside furniture/decor very old & outdated. Shower tile had mold. The outside furniture was newer really a plus. Prepare yourselves, very thin walls/ceiling you hear everything from renters up above (walking, talking, moving chairs) we left the night before check out. Thank goodness the view/location was not a disappointment!

Worst. Not worth the view!
We travel a lot. This was the worst place we have stayed in. The picture were HIGHLY edited to make it look nice, clean and large. It was very small, dark and gross! Black mold covered every inch of the dishwasher (they told us to wash by hand). There were hairy lint balls hanging off things inside and outside. All appliances were in terrible condition and rusty. Paint on the walls was in very bad condition and patchy in places. Cupboards didn’t close and were rusty and broken. Furniture was different than in pictures. We could not see out the dirty windows. They promised to come clean them but never did. Cleaners showed up 45 minutes before checkout and were peeking in windows til we left. Outdoor furniture was filthy and scattered. Chairs and toys were broken. Outdoor furniture was falling apart. The location did not make up for the horrible condition this place was in. There were holes in the ceiling with cob webs falling out. Rooms were so small we only had about 4 inches to squeeze between the bed and dresser. It was bad, all of it. It felt like a smash and grab. The price is not worth this location at all!!

This was an excellent experience. We were very lucky because the weather was perfect and the adjacent properties were empty. Otherwise it might’ve been close which is pretty normal for the beach. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The dishwasher did not work well. But other than that the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies. The patio was wonderful and had tons of toys for kids but the cushions are in need of recovering. The bathrooms were clean and adequate but definitely in need of updating as are the kitchen cabinets. I was especially impressed by vacasa and their fast and efficient response to any concerns and questions. I felt confident they would be there if I needed them which I didn’t. I would use vbro again

Great Property / Great Location
Excellent location w/ beautiful beachfront views. Shops/Bars/Restaurants within 1/2 mile towards the pier. Entrance to paved beach walk (great place for a run) starts around 36th street (4-5 blocks up from the property). Sunset Park is fantastic to view sunsets from an elevated view and is only 1/2 mile away (across the street from the Jack n the Box). Only downside to the property is that the bathrooms need a little love, but if you keep in mind, it’s a beach house and you’re not there for plush bathrooms, it’ll be ok!

The beach is right out the door and is the only positive we found. Had a shortage of paper products and trash bags. Looks like the property is a do it yourself project. It ranks as the most disappointing property we’ve stayed in.
