Beautifully Renovated 2 Bed 2 Bath Private Home in Downtown Newport

Location, location, location!! This newly renovated, dog friendly, open concept home is located right in the heart of downtown with off street parking.

It boasts two bedrooms, two full baths and a bonus loft, a beautiful living room and gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and washer and dryer. The private, fully fenced in patio, makes for great outdoor experiences, with a dining table for six, lounge seating, gas fire-pit, gas grill, and outdoor shower.

This property is a true gem!

While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available for anything might need from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just send us a message or give us a call.

Located right in the heart of downtown Newport, you are steps away from Newports waterfront and famous Thames Street. There are ample shops and restaurants in any direction and you are a 10 minute walk from Historic Bellevue Ave, which is home to The International Tennis Hall of Fame and Preservation Society Mansions.

Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors. All guests will get an email the morning of their arrival with the instructions, codes to the doors and Wifi. Super easy!

Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests.

There are two off-street parking spaces.

7 Young Street is single family home with two off street parking spots in the heart of downtown Newport. The home has been fully renovated, and can accommodate up to six guests.

There are two bedrooms, each bedroom with queen sized beds, ample closet space and TV’s. There is another full sized bed located in the loft. There are two full bathrooms, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor with high end towels and toiletries provided.

The entire home has been updated with mini splits to make your stay comfortable, and there is a washer and dryer on the first floor for your convenience as well.

The private, fully fenced in patio is what makes this property truly unique for its in town location.

Absolutely absolutely absolutely loved our stay . It was perfect and very convenient to have the two parking spaces, especially when it was the boat show weekend which we were aware of, but just an added bonus. The backyard was stunning and relaxing. The coffee maker Accommodated both pot and Keurig. I So appreciate the attention to detail, and the decor was off the chain.

Amazing house with PERFECT LOCATION!
Where do I begin… I’ve been going to Newport for years.. love this nautical town it has so much to offer… so I booked this house for myself and two girlfriends to stay for 2 nights for a quick girls trip filled with fun, food, drinks 🍹 and SHOPPING 🛍️! Manager was very responsive.. prior to our arrival we were provided check in instructions and a list of places to visit which was helpful. This home is meticulously maintained.. recently renovated with a nautical design and decor. Outside offers a courtyard style patio with plenty of space where we sipped coffee ☕️ in the mornings and late afternoon was filled with wine 🍷 and cheese 🧀 for happy prior to going out on the town. Parking is very limited in Newport.. not an issue here this house comes with two off street private parking spaces. I loved this feature simply because I have an expensive car that I was concerned about parking and it also made me feel safe as well as it made it very easy to unload our luggage. In addition, this house is strategically located in the heart of Newport and you can walk to everything! Lovely home and location
The home is lovely and in a great location. We come to Newport every year with our dogs and genuinely enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we alter the property manager the dryer was broken. They promised to fix asap but the dryer was never fixed during our stay. This is one of the key perks for a rental home vs a hotel for us. This deducting 1 star.

Beautiful newly renovated
Beautiful and newly renovated house. Pretty backyard patio, but unfortunately we had a very rainy weekend and weren’t able to enjoy it. Finishes in bathrooms are very well done and stylish. Beds were comfortable. The loft area has a bed but stairs up to it looked pretty challenging. Wouldn’t recommend for a child or anyone elderly. The house is wonderfully close to Thames st and fun to walk right from house. Our only issue was the noise outside until 2AM both nights from the neighbors, possibly college students.

Beautifully Appointed Home in the Perfect Location!
We were so pleased with all the amenitites within the house, and loved the backyard space! With the couch and dining table, we spent most of our downtime out there eating meals or listening to music through the outdoor speakers and playing games. The location can't be beat! We walked downtown almost every day and were only a short drive to the mansions, cliff walk and the Newport Vineyards. We had an amazing time and would come back to this property again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Matthew!
