„It was very nice property would like to stay again“

„This home was amply large for our family of 6 with each of the teens getting their own bedroom. It was well furnished and had all of the needed amenities. The only drawback was no coffee pot, only a Keurig. The upstairs bathroom required attention as it had a clawfoot tub and a surround shower curtain. Be careful of possible water on the floor.Overall, this property was quiet and comfortable.“

„The location was easy to find with easy access back to I 40. We arrived mid afternoon and we settled in for a little rest before going into town for dinner. We decided not to bring in our suitcases from the car because there wasn't enough room to have them inside. The loft area is a great idea but really would be best for small (10yrs old or less) children. The tiny staircase is difficult for adult sized people to use. „The outdoors of the property are awesome, great patio with a grill and a separate fire pit. The second floor is upgraded and the kitchen has nice new appliances. Really the areas that could have made the stay even better is the cleaning crew cleaning the dog hair better off the furniture and some of the bedding, some minor spider webs, and if there was a tea/hot water kettle. Overall a pleasant stay. “

„We were able to walk to all the restaurants and stores. House was very clean and comfortable. There was a lot of space for us to do our morning work routine and unwind after our daily outings. Some things to consider: There is no outside area so expect that you will need to walk the town for a bit of fresh air. „We needed a place close to the Grand Canyon and this proved to be in excellent proximity to it - only 30 mins away. The price was very reasonable with the property being very clean. The house is small but was very well equipped and warm. For four of us it was very comfortable. Just a heads up - the property sleeps 8 but would be very cramped. We would definitely stay there again. “
