Lovely experience overall, but definitely several notches below the top tier all inclusive options out there. Perfect if you’re not picky, but might be frustrating to those that are. “

„The property was lovely. Staff was kind and professional. There are plenty of activities around the resort. We stayed in a suite which was roomy and quite comfortable for our family of four, with scenic ocean views. Now the not so good parts- room service was not great. Housekeeping did the bare minimum and when we asked for towels (which they forgot to bring) and an extra blanket for the pull out couch didn’t have one, it took hours to get.
