„We all enjoyed our stay. The location is great, lots to do! Loved the easy access to the mall and movies without even having to go out into the cold. The only complaints i would have is that there was no towels at the pool as we forgot to pack some, and when we asked at the desk they were completely out! It was not nice running up to the 4th floor freezing with no towels. Also when entering our room it smelt like sweat or something; just an awful smell and whem we left we all had the smell on ...

„This historic hotel is pretty basic but its location directly across from the Prince Arthur landing is ideal. The prospector steakhouse and roosters bistro are both just a couple of blocks away. The staff is friendly and there is a security guard in the lobby since this is a downtown area with the typical city vagrants. We have also stayed here in the summer and the Lakeshore view is fantastic. “
