Just location downtown meant that we did have several drunk people trying to get into our room by mistake but that isnt the hotels issue. „We are local and often book a room at the Water Tower to enjoy the swimming pool and hot tubs. The restaurant and bar are always a bonus. This time, we were excited to enjoy the outdoor hot tubs but were surprised to find that it was out of order, so was the sauna and the indoor hot tub. It would have been nice to know this prior to booking - there should be a notice added to the listing until these amenities are fixed. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
