"We had no water in the morning ... the whole hotel was without water for hours and the stuff was useless and unfriendly .. the only answer was, its not our fault. Well is it the fault of the customer ?!? there was no good will from there side ... when you pay a hotel with shower and bathroom .. you normally want to use it .. but it was not possible the whole morning."
