„Space felt clean, and there were no bad odors or smells. Small things around the place - missing toilet paper holder, no overhead light in bedroom, lack of dishes for use. Overall though, a great spot! If most people are going out each day or night, and Iy want to use the gym or pool occasionally, this was a great place!“

„We had an enjoyable stay in this home. Had everything we needed and the backyard was nice for our dog. It can be a bit noisy with traffic noise but the neighborhood itself was nice for dog walking and quiet.The faucet in the bathroom needs attention as the cold water handle is broken. Otherwise it was fine“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay at this sweet carriage house. It is lovely and very comfortable for two, equipped with everything you could want. We loved sitting on the front porch swing enjoying the fountain and garden lights. Bonus is the short walk to restaurants and shops in the lovely historic area. We will definitely return!“

„The Casita was a gorgeous stay! The weather cleared up for our weekend and we enjoyed breakfast outside. We walked the property and enjoyed all the art surrounding the place. Quiet and private. We came in at around 11:30pm but we communicated with Claudia about it and she made our check in process easy! We hope to enjoy a future stay here again when we return to Austin. “

„The house is so clean and felt safe. Spent the weekend with friends for a funeral, however it was nice to come “home” to a house with friends and relax, listen to the birds sing and drink a glass of wine. The host was very accommodating and communicated well. I would definitely come back again. My only suggestion is for the cost of the place per night, it would be nice to have a Kuerig coffee maker creamer etc. to have in the morning.“

„Great central location to places and restaurants. House was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toiletries. There were no washcloths so you’ll want to bring your own. I’m extremely picky on showers/tubs and this one was clean enough to stand in and shower without giving me the ick. Thermostat batteries went out while staying here and they were quick to replace them. 10/10 would stay here again. “
