„Overall good -- just checkin process and checkout is a nightmare -- it's need to be staggered or have more people to handle it. There also needs to be better instruction on using the elevator. Overall not bad but for the cost, a hotel may of been nicer due to the service“

„The property was excellent and the management company did a great job. The location is excellent for the food and bar scene. Regretfully, the city of austin has a homeless problem and it is noticeable at this location.“

„We were a bit confused about the check in process, but it was super easy. Upon arrival there was a front desk, just like a hotel. We never found any check out information and just did what we hoped would be ok. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn't work but everything else was pretty good.“

„We enjoyed the apartment and the location. We didnt use the parking so no reviews on that. The only thing i would suggest is make sure your check out info is the same across all communication. It was a little confusing. One said if you had extra time to start the laundry (we didnt) and then anothe message said to just strip sheets. It would be great if it all said the same thing“

„The Natiivo building is conveniently located near Rainey Street. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Valet parking was fine but expensive. The unit needs some attention for issues - the shower leaks and there is a terrible smell. The smell hits you when you walk in and is either from plumbing traps drying out or problematic venting. Toilet smells leak into the entryway. “

Check-in was EASY Location was fantastic The place was clean, open, tons of natural lighting and an it had an AMAZING rooftop patio. Beds and sofas were comfy, they had a large TV so we could watch the game, Go 49ers!, Great place, we loved it, and would love to stay again!“
