It's within walking distance of downtown restaurants regardless of weather, it's an easy drive up to the ski resort, it has an open floor plan which makes the small footprint feel larger, and we even used the wood burning stove for the first time to help dry gloves (not on, but near). Beds are a bit soft but that's the only quibble. Kids love the big screen TV and always look ...

„This property is perfectly located to access the Mt. Shasta Ski Park and its adjacent cross-country Nordic Skiing Center. You can get there within 15 minutes. Waterfalls, lakes, and hikes are also easily accessible. It is all about location. We look forward to also visit in the summer.“

„Clean and friendly service. Quick to handle a question, easy parking. Room was layed out well and NOT cluttered. Parking was right outside our door, water pressure was good and bed was comfortable. The HVAC sounded similar to a 747 touching down on the runway, bring earplugs. But it did work well to dry out all our wet gear.“
