„We stayed here during our son’s Cooperstown visit. The house is a charming 3 bedroom with 2 baths. It was the perfect spot for my family and in-laws. The beds were comfy after a long day on the field. Location was walking distance to downtown and an easy drive to the field. The host Charlie was so nice and easy to work with. Highly recommended this house!“

„The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.“

„We had a great time at dreams park and retreated to this hidden gem. It’s a bit out of the way but the perfect spot to get away from all the baseball. The host is excellent at communication and is available at all times to help. We loved the beautiful scenery and quietness of this place. Would recommend to all visiting Cooperstown!“

„We encountered some issues as a result of a fluke storm that was not foreseeable- Mikey was super helpful, responsive, and easily contacted. The house is beautiful and the dogs loved the fenced in yard area to stretch their legs. we will rent from Mikey on our next trip to Norwich :). “

„This was a great house that accommodates a large number of guests. The hosts we are incredible and the house was clean and as advertised. Highly recommend anytime but we stayed with all our baseball families together while our boys played at All-Star Village.“

„This property was one of the cleanest houses I’ve ever stayed in on any sort of trip. They provided towels and products for the shower. There was a great laundry room as well. The house was less than 10 minutes from All-Star Village, which was great for going back-and-forth to watch our son play baseball for the week. we enjoyed our stay . House was located on a quiet street.“

„This was a perfect place for a group of 6 adults to stay as part of a long weekend for a canoe race. Oneonta is a great little town. From this house, we could walk into town in 10 minutes to enjoy dinner. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was fabulous about communications and letting us know the house was on a fairly steep hill. Would definitely come back!“
