Leave your car in the private parking lot and experience North Ocean City on foot at this polished, one-bedroom condo on the ocean block. The beach is mere steps away, as are a number of great restaurants, cinemas, sources of family-friendly entertainment, and the Maryland-Delaware state line.

This condo sits on the second floor of a small building (with only 15 condos), less than a block from the beach and only two blocks south of Delaware's tax-free shopping. Five beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys are provided for your beach days; AC and high-speed WiFi are waiting for you when you come home.

The interior is bright and beachy, offering a living room with a cable TV, a peninsula breakfast bar for two, and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The two-bathroom layout is especially convenient, with an en suite bathroom in the bedroom and another full bathroom serving guests who sleep on the living room sofabed.

THINGS TO KNOW

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
