„This was my 3rd stay at this resort, and once again, it did not disappoint!! My granddaughters loved the arcades, pool & ice skating. The staff at the resort are amazing - nothing is too much to ask. Our hairdryer didn’t work - they came right up and replaced it. We got locked out of our room - they graciously gave us a new one. These are just a couple examples of the amazing hospitality demonstrated by the staff!!“

We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate.
