Guests must register upon arrival with the front office. Guests will receive 6 amenities tags and their parking tags. Additional amenities tags may be purchased on site for an additional fee from the Sunset Island Association.

Indoor pool open year round. Pool hours of operation are subject to building control and maintenance. Please ask if you are curious about pool openings during your stay :)
Convenience store reopens May 1st
Amenities are run by the Sunset Island Community Association and may periodically be serviced or temporarily closed. We make no guarantee all property amenities will be available throughout stays.
Sunset Island Restaurant and convenient store are only open during the summer season.
Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.
If a pack n' play is needed for your stay, please request from us ASAP upon booking confirmation.
This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.
Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊
