„Schönes Hotel am See mit schönem Ausblick und tolles Spa. Das gebuchte Zimmer war nicht verfügbar, bekamen zwei Apartments am Ende der Anlage...nicht schön. Frühstück schwach. Komplizierte Kaffeemaschine“

„I booked the property through expedia. On day we were to arrive the property told us that they did not have our reservation and were fully booked. Then when going through Expedia for a refund I was told the property was not giving one? Not sure how you took my money but don't work with Expedia and have no rooms available? Called the property multiple times with no answer for any type of clarification, all done through Expedia messages. Horrible experience and had to book elsewhere “
